The facility is equipped with two helipads, one of which is located directly outside the emergency department to provide rapid access to treatment. Large trauma rooms are located just inside the Emergency Department ambulance entrance and the critical care unit, surgical suites, and imaging areas are located nearby on the same floor. An Inpatient Rehabilitation Center enables trauma patients to receive complete care from the moment of arrival to the facility through rehabilitation.

The trauma program is staffed with a multidisciplinary team that includes a trauma medical director, board certified trauma surgeons, trauma program director, performance improvement coordinator, and specially trained nurses. Trauma surgeons are on site 24/7 and physician specialists, including neurosurgeons, orthopaedic surgeons and oral maxillofacial surgeons, are always available.
