TriStar Health is pleased to welcome Lori Feltner as the Division Vice President of Nursing Operations. Lori is a 10-year veteran of HCA, most recently serving as the Director of Med-Surg Nursing at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center in Smyrna, Tennessee.
Lori received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Kentucky University and her Masters of Science in Nursing and Masters of Healthcare Administration from the University of Phoenix. During her tenure at TriStar StoneCrest, Lori helped to establish a strong, collaborative environment that resulted in improved patient care outcomes, reduced staff turnover and an enhanced patient experience.
In her new role, Lori will help to support the division's nursing strategic plan through the efficient and effective deployment of clinical care initiatives and processes.
Lori will officially assume her new role beginning May 14th.
